Ya son ocho los incendios que se han producido en el edificio abandonado, la basura y los okupas son los causantes de esta situación.

El día de ayer un nuevo incendio movilizó dos camiones de Bomberos de Tenerife, cuatro coches y dos motocicletas de la Policía Nacional.

Este edificio a medio construir se encuentra abandonado en una zona de viviendas muy importante del núcleo de Los Cristianos, los vecinos cuentan que ya es insoportable la gran cantidad de ratas y basura que acumula el lugar, también comentan que es utilizado por personas sin hogar, lo cual lamentan y entiende su situación, lo malo es que también lo frecuentan drogadictos y es un peligro para los ciudadanos que habitan en la zona, el lugar también se presta para que personas amigos de lo ajeno lo utilicen como escondrijo, ya que la policía no puede entrar al ser un sitio privado.

Los vecinos piden que se tomen las medidas necesarias para acabar con este esperpento, bien sea obligando a los propietarios del edificio o tomando las medidas que la ley permita para limpiar este lugar, opinan que hay que tomar una decisión sobre esta estructura que se encuentra en un estado ruinoso.

«A los vecinos ya no nos queda otra que presentar una denuncia en el juzgado contra la propiedad y contra el Ayuntamiento por su responsabilidad ante la inacción continuada en este asunto» nos comenta uno de los ciudadanos afectados por la situación.

Lo que tenían que hacer es ponerse deacuerdo con el dueño para derrumbarlo, ya que en su día se paró la obra por problemas de medidas y ver la posibilidad de hacer otro, porque lleva más de 25 años así, así que….., aunque sea por el solar y por quitar ese problema de ahí, que hace algunos años, encontraron un cadáver dentro del edificio.
