Los Abrigos se llenó de buenas ‘Sensaciones más que mar’

Desde las 18.00 horas y hasta las 24.00 horas hubo talleres, show cooking dirigido por Juan Carlos Clemente y estands con venta de tapas y vinos.

El núcleo costero de Los Abrigos se convirtió en un gran escaparate de referencia de la actividad pesquera y la gastronomía vinculada a los productos del mar, con la celebración del evento ‘Sensaciones más que mar’, organizado por la Agencia de Empleo y Desarrollo Local (AEDL). Desde primeras horas de la tarde, comenzaron los talleres de conserva y limpieza de pescado para los más pequeños, y tras la inauguración oficial, por parte del alcalde, José Domingo Regalado, y la concejala de AEDL, Yanira González, se comenzó el show cooking dirigido por el chef Juan Carlos Clemente.

Bahía de Los Abrigos, el Veinte 04 Surf Café, El Jable, Bebidas y Pinchos, El Fiskito Café, La Típica Argentina y La Langostera fueron los restaurantes y tascas del municipio que presentaron algunas de las tapas y platos que forman parte, habitualmente, de sus cartas, en esa cocina en vivo que se desarrolló en la plaza de la iglesia, y que contó con numeroso público asistente que pudo degustar los resultados de esta muestra gastronómica.

Desde la apertura del evento y hasta las 24.00 horas, estuvieron abiertas las carpas de venta de tapas y vinos en el entorno de la plaza de este enclave pesquero por excelencia. Los establecimientos que expusieron sus exquisiteces culinarias a lo largo de la avenida marítima son: El Fiskito Café, La Típica Argentina, Virxen da Barca, Bahía de Los Abrigos, Bebidas y Pinchos, Pizzería Flaviano y El Jable Restaurante. En cuanto a las bodegas, estuvieron presentes Mencey de Chasna y Reverón, pertenecientes al Consejo Regulador de la Denominación de Origen de Abona.

En las carpas se vendieron al menos dos tapas con productos del mar: arepas de calamares y almogrote, empanadillas de gambas y anchoas, salpicón de marisco, arroz negro, marmitako de atún, tortilla de bacalao, hamburguesita de salmón y guacamole, churros de pescado, croquetas variadas, pincho de atún y foie gras, carpaccio de pulpo y rabo de toro. Para dinamizar la tarde, a partir de las 21.30 horas, hubo música a cargo del grupo Back to the 80′.
