Según nos comenta un amigo musulmán, en el libro del Corán hay una parte qué dice, «Todo aquello qué nos comemos es un regalo de Dios» y cuando escuché esto, le dije, esa parte me encanta, porque a muchos nos encanta comer lógicamente.

No comprendo a esas pocas personas, qué comen por comer, sin saborear con todo el Amor del Mundo Gastronómico o aquellas personas trabadas con mantener el tipo, sin hacer deporte y perdiendo el tiempo sin probar los manjares qué regala Dios.

José Luis Barbuzano esta vez nos enseña cómo preparar «Muslitos de pollo al horno con cerveza, champiñones y cilantro», un plato muy barato porque también nos preocupamos por los precios, ya que comer sale un poco salado.

Las familias donde hay jóvenes entre los dos años hasta los cuarenta y siete, qué les guste comer bien y mucho, son sacos sin fondo. En mi caso personal con una hija sola de veinte y un años, notas cómo la nevera tiene carga y descarga de lunes a lunes, no es cómo los aparcamientos, qué los fines de semana solamente cargas.

Los platos de Barbuzano suelen ser de bajo coste, porque es consciente de qué mantener una familia, es muy duro y más en tiempos de crisis.

MUSLITOS DE POLLO AL HORNO CON CHAMPIÑONES, CERVEZA Y CILANTRO

Ingredientes: ( para 4 personas)

  • Ocho muslos de pollo
  • Un tomate
  • Una cebolla
  • Un vasito de aceite
  • Medio pimiento rojo
  • 6 dientes de ajo
  • Una lata de cerveza
  • 300g de champiñones
  • Sal (al gusto)
  • Una pizca de orégano
  • Una pizca de tomillo
  • Un poquito de pimentón picante
  • Medio pimiento rojo
  • 10 ramas de cilantro

Preparación:

Primeramente cogemos el pollo y lo ponemos en una bandeja con aceite. Después troceamos el ajo, la cebolla, el tomate y el medio pimiento rojo y se lo añadimos junto con la sal, el orégano, el pimentón picante y el tomillo. Seguidamente lo ponemos todo al horno durante aproximadamente 10 minutos para que se dore dándole la vuelta por ambos lados. Cuando haya pasado este tiempo se le añade la cerveza, los champiñones y el cilantro. Todo ello se deja 20 minutos más hasta que se termine de hacer todo y ¡ya estaría listo para comer! ¡Buen Provecho!
