Estimado lector, ¿Cómo nos encontramos?. Confieso que he recurrido a Nuestro Cocinero Oficial de eldigitalsur para pedirle, que nos enseñe a preparar platos sencillos y baratos, porque esto va para rato.

Estoy escribiendo con el dedo índice a través del teléfono móvil y en la central del periódico lo arreglan, para leer mejor.

Tenemos que mentalizarnos de que esto llevará tres o cuatro meses y sí en dos semanas está solucionado mejor, pero es mejor pensar que esto llevará su tiempo y nuestro cerebro sufrirá menos.

Hoy el amigo Barbuzano nos enseña a preparar unos espaguetis y como siempre digo, gracias por regalar un poco de tiempo leyendo, el tesoro más valioso del ser humano, el tiempo pasa y jamás volverá. Obviamente gracias a José Luis Barbuzano por sus recetas y a su hija Eva, escribiente. Sin más come coco, comparto la receta.

Ingredientes (Para 6 personas):

500 g de espaguetis

2 tomates

1 cebolla

4 ajos

1 vaso de vino blanco



1 hoja de laurel


Aceite (cuatro cucharadas)


Atún (2 latas)

Pimentón dulce (una cucharada)

Huevos (uno por persona)


Para empezar, cogemos la batidora e introducimos los tomates, el pimentón dulce, la cebolla, los ajos, el aceite y el vaso de vino blanco. Seguidamente, ponemos un caldero al fuego con cuatro vasos de agua, laurel, orégano y tomillo. Dejamos que empiece a hervir y ponemos los espaguetis. Cuando se esté acabando el agua de estos le añadimos lo que batimos anteriormente y le echamos sal al gusto. Finalmente, los dejamos hervir 10 minutos más y le agregamos las dos latas de atún. A parte de esto guisamos los huevos y cuando estén listos los servimos en el plato junto con los espaguetis. ¡Un plato muy barato y rápido de hacer en 30 minutos aproximadamente!
