Arquipo Quintero (Cs) afirma que “el recinto municipal se encuentra en pésimo estado”, lo que dificulta “la actividad cultural y la práctica deportiva en el mismo”.

Ciudadanos (Cs) ha reclamado este miércoles al Ayuntamiento de Granadilla de Abona que “acondicione de forma urgente la instalación cultural-deportiva de Chimiche”, puesto que “el estado de abandono en el que está dificulta su uso”.

Así lo ha expresado el portavoz municipal de Cs en la corporación granadillera, Arquipo Quintero, quien ha advertido de que las lluvias han complicado aún más su estado, puesto que “no solo hay goteras, sino que también la filtración de aguas ha creado afecciones y problemas en el techo de la infraestructura”.

Ha habido una dejadez y una falta importante de mantenimiento por parte del consistorio en esta instalación municipal”, ha apuntado Quintero.

Por tal motivo, ha urgido al “equipo de gobierno (CC y PP) a que remodele y acondicione el recinto”, puesto que “el estado en el que se encuentra supone un verdadero riesgo para los jóvenes que entrenan y juegan cada semana en el citado edificioasí como para aquellos que acuden a algún acto o evento cultural”.

En este sentido, Ciudadanos ha pedido al consistorio que “adecente tanto el interior como el exterior del recinto, mejore los baños, y analice la posibilidad de instalar vestuarios en el recinto”.

“La falta de mantenimiento ha dejado de ser un problema puntual para convertirse en uno crónico en esta infraestructura”, ha indicado el edil de Cs. Y ha añadido que “los chimicheros, al igual que el resto de granadilleros, se merecen una mejor atención por parte del consistorio, y por tanto, instalaciones municipales en condiciones para poder disfrutar de su tiempo libre”.
