El análisis de la documentación intervenida en la primera fase ha permitido descubrir una operativa de recaudación, reparto, devolución y entrega de fondos para el condicionamiento de un resultado de un partido de la Segunda División de Fútbol.
La Policía Nacional y EUROPOL, en una investigación conjunta, han detenido a nueve personas en la segunda fase de la operación OIKOS que se ha desarrollado en la mañana del día de hoy. Los arrestados por su presunta implicación en delitos de corrupción entre particulares, administración desleal y blanqueo de capitales, están vinculados al pago de una prima a terceros por parte de un club de fútbol con el fin de jugar el Play-off de ascenso a Primera División de Fútbol de la Liga Española.
Durante la primera fase de la operación, llevada a cabo el pasado mes de mayo, los agentes hallaron varias hojas manuscritas que recogía una operativa de recaudación, reparto, devolución y entrega de fondos para el condicionamiento de un resultado deportivo de la Segunda División de Fútbol de la Liga Española.
Tras el análisis de la documentación, los investigadores han constatado que un club de fútbol desembolsó fondos en metálico a la plantilla de otro equipo tras la victoria de éstos en un partido celebrado en el mes de junio del año 2017, con la finalidad de facilitar su ascenso a la última plaza de Play off de ascenso a la Primera División de Fútbol.
Para realizar el pago, diferentes personas físicas y jurídicas relacionadas directa e indirectamente con el club, adelantaron diversas cantidades en efectivo para el pago de la prima, generando una deuda en el club con estos “prestamistas” que fue amortizada en los meses siguientes a su entrega.
La investigación permanece abierta y ha sido declarada como SECRETA por el Juzgado de Primera Instancia e Instrucción número 5 de Huesca.
